Session A — AI Foundations & Security (Briefing)
Short, low-threshold briefing on the AI assistant landscape as well as risks and security in handling data. Also suitable for colleagues who only want a brief introduction.
Session B — Career Development with AI Assistants
Self-Assessment and Goal Clarification
AI-supported self-assessment of strengths, working style, and career drivers, mapped against realistic career paths in and beyond academia. Participants leave with a clear, individually validated set of goals rather than a generic checklist.
Professional Positioning
Clarifying and communicating one's own professional positioning — CV, cover letters, applications, and networking presence (e.g. LinkedIn). Hands-on, in-depth work with participants' own materials, with significantly more time for individual feedback and revision than the combined variant allows.
Synthesis, Action Plan and Decision Framework
Participants build a personal, AI-supported decision framework for evaluating opportunities (offers, role changes, further qualification) and translate it into a concrete action plan with follow-up steps and milestones — the added depth that justifies a dedicated half day.
